Day range: Remote job - Must attend for management meetings via Zoom as scheduled.

Minimum, 1 year of sales experience

Excellent customer service and sales skills; you have a positive attitude, are charismatic, and are very comfortable engaging with customers.

Passionate about creating a positive, memorable, and tailored experience for every customer.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional demeanor.

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identify any issues with commission deposits and bring to management/team lead for solutions

Real Estate back-office and Broker Wolf experience strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite

Review and approve/reject all incoming Canadian commission deposits

Ensure accuracy of daily posting of commission trust deposits
