In-depth understanding and experience of Marketing, Commercial Sales, Omnichannel, Category Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management.

Lead Marketing, Omni, RGM and Category Management teams in the development of strategies, campaigns and plans that drive results.

Provide leadership and management of annual operating plan development and the Commercial planning process.

Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn, adapt quickly and manage ambiguity.

Exceptional leadership skills, including strategic thinking, project leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills that drive concrete business results.

What You Need & How to Apply:

Self starter who can manage their own time effectively to meet goals and deadlines

Experience in the food service industry, and coffee in particular, is a plus

Education in science, engineering or manufacturing is a plus

Grinding, flavouring and packaging coffee

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the coffee roaster, associated equipment and roasting facility

Picking and packing Saltwinds coffee orders, and paperwork associated with orders

Attention to detail and good time management skills.

Strong mechanical skills (i.e. handyman or mechanic) is required.

An interest and/or knowledge of coffee products is a strong asset.

Experience repairing espresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders is an asset.

Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.
