A Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II) is a healthcare professional who provides basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). CNA IIs typically work in hospitals, nursing homes, and other long-term care facilities.What is Cna Skill Requirements?
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Ability to provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Ability to take vital signs and document patient information
• Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and report to the RN or LPN
What is Cna Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CNA II program
• Current CNA II certification
• Current CPR certification
What is Cna Knowledge?
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Knowledge of patient rights
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
What is Cna Experience?
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
