Overview A Clinical Instructor is a healthcare professional who provides instruction and guidance to students in a clinical setting. They are responsible for teaching students the skills and knowledge necessary to practice medicine in a safe and effective manner. Clinical Instructors typically work in hospitals, medical schools, and other healthcare facilities. Detailed Job Description Clinical Instructors are responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students in a clinical setting. They must be knowledgeable in the field of medicine and have the ability to communicate effectively with students. Clinical Instructors must be able to assess student performance and provide feedback in a constructive manner. They must also be able to develop and implement educational plans for students. Clinical Instructors must be able to work with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Knowledge of patient confidentiality
• Knowledge of educational methods and techniques

• Previous experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
• Previous experience teaching or instructing (preferred)
