Climate And Esg Program Strategist Jobs

Create and deliver reports to summarize efforts and help influence management decisions

Ability to help pull together management reports including Board Reporting

Strong oral and written communication skills

University degree in math, engineering, business, IT or related experience

Preference for 2-3 years of related experience

Experience applying appropriate data analysis methods to solve real business challenges

Project management experience an asset

Efficient time and workload management skills

3 to 5 years’ experience working on environmental issues or public policy with government or an NGO

Deep understanding of environmental issues including climate change solutions and impacts and demonstrated experience working on issues-based campaigns

Experience with government relations, media and/or politics a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with sustainability management and reporting frameworks

Establish program management tools and structures to facilitate progress and tracking against ATB's ESG commitments and roadmap delivery

The ability to work on multiple or complex projects simultaneously and provide program management for execution across the team

A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant climate, environmental and ESG experience in industry and/or consulting

Experience in providing climate/environmental risk assessments and scenario analysis under the TCFD framework

Experienced in strategic planning and roadmaps
