Clerical Supervisor Jobs

Supervise work activities, establish work priorities, and conduct performance evaluations in conjunction with the Manager and/or designate.

Supervise more than ten (10) designated staff and oversee the coordination of clerical workflow within the designated area(s).

Schedule and coordinate staffing to ensure adequate coverage.

Demonstrated coaching and empowering style of management

3-5 years healthcare experience; oncology and/or outpatient experience preferred

Recent relevant supervisory or leadership experience in health care preferred

Superior organizational, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills
