•Minimum of one year relevant experience.

•Keyboard skills of 50 words per minute with accuracy.

5 years of people and client management experience in a consultative environment

Analyze and document business requirements related to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes, data, and integrations.

Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, ITIL principles and IT asset management concepts is a plus.

Enabling Change Management to use Impact Analysis

5 years of Service Now experience in the areas of Service Now CMDB

Service Now Product Owner certification is strongly desired

Strong knowledge of Maya software and experience in 3D animation
