define software strategy and architecture for the company based on customer and market needs

Experience in the application and design of smartphone media. Be familiar with the product architecture, key technologies, and technology evolution directions.

Have In-depth Experience with camera/display/video/audio architecture on smartphones or other terminal devices

Have SW/HW co-design and co-optimization experience, especially the power efficiency optimization on the smartphone platform

Have enough knowledge of the media underlying hardware accelerator, such as ISP, DSP, GPU, display IC, video codec, etc.

Have general knowledge of media quality assessment, such as camera/video IQ and display PQ evaluation

Have general knowledge of the developer ecosystem for the smartphone media system

Work in a variety of sections to meet changing work requirements or priorities

Use knowledge of Analytical Services and assaying procedures to train other technicians and trainees

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

Provide analyses by following established procedures, recognizing problems as they arise and correcting them

Conduct routine and assigned quality control tasks to maintain accuracy of results

Recognize interferences between elements and take action (complexing, removing) using instrumental principles to optimize sensitivities during instrument set-up
