Overview:

A Carrier Relations Manager is responsible for managing relationships with carriers and other transportation providers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing service levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Carrier Relations Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in full, and resolving any issues that arise.

Detailed Job Description:

The Carrier Relations Manager is responsible for managing relationships with carriers and other transportation providers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing service levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Carrier Relations Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in full, and resolving any issues that arise. The Carrier Relations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring carrier performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing reports to management.
