High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development GED))

Have and maintain a valid driver's license (Class 5) and provide a driver's abstract (record) for review

Successfully complete a pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing

Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training, as required

Graduation from a recognized Resident Care Aide/Home Support Worker Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience

Current valid BC Drivers’ License and use of a reliable vehicle (For CHW positions only)
