Demonstrated tolerance for ambiguity and reasonable risk taking, and 5-10 years’ progressively responsible leadership experience using a team-based approach.

Experience in a post-secondary environment is required.

Identifies and responds to government, business, industry, and public education needs with high quality programs, courses, training materials and services.

Knowledge of research compliance, MRU and granting agency policies and procedures is an important asset

Prior experience as a Chair, Academic Director, or Associate Dean

Knowledgeable of the interpretation and application of the MRSA and MRFA Collective Agreements

A post-secondary degree in management, business, marketing or communications or related field is required.
