Important mining company with global operations, seeks to fill the position of Director of Me Processes.

We are looking for a metallurgical engineer or chemical civil engineer.

Collaborates with business partners in Human Resources, Finance, CPG, Commercial Management, and Operations

Demonstrated experience in EAM process development, maintenance planning, strategic business planning, financial planning, and performance management

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be considered an asset

Leadership/management skills to manage people leaders, departmental staff and lead project teams

In concert with Performance Management, leads the development and analysis of management reports, financial and performance metrics and KPIs

Monitors business performance/trends and escalates risk and need for action planning to Maintenance Delivery’s senior management to address gaps

Study and project management experience in the metallurgical and processing field.

Design, implement, and assist in site process optimization initiatives. Providing broad metallurgical and process advice and support to Lundin’s operational management.

Participate in the study, evaluation, specification, design, construction, commissioning and operation of mill projects and expansions, as required.

Lead the peer review and auditing of existing metallurgical and processing activities and systems as well as major capital project applications.

Assist in metallurgical and process focused due diligence and evaluation of exploration, joint venture, merger or acquisition growth initiatives.

SAP Activate Project Management methodology is a plus

Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients

Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the rest of your team

Knowledge of project implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM/Agile)

As this is a customer facing role, Excellent Presentation and communication skills is a must

Knowledge in SAP BTP, IAS, Cloud for Customer Payments or Digital Payments is highly desirable
