Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst Jobs

Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and managed services data vendor to develop requirements documentation and quality assurance of reports

Minimum two years of experience with organizational performance measurement or evaluation

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Experience with open-source programming languages (R or Python

Support the development of evaluation questions and data collection processes

3+ years experience and strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation

Strong experience in data visualization (minimum of 3+ years of experience), including designing and building visually stunning dashboards and reports

Excellent knowledge of data visualization best practices, design principles, and usability concepts

Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences

Are knowledgeable about statistics and data science

Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Risk Management, and Corporate Performance Measurement)

Remains vigilant of industry and technological changes to improve knowledge and working skills related to areas of expertise and new technologies

Strong SQL coding skills are essential; Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting experience are considered an asset

Works with internal clients to understand their reporting requirements and business questions

Collaborates with others in Data and Business Intelligence to ensure clients’ requirements are met through report design

Provides user training on systems and reporting capabilities
