Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and managed services data vendor to develop requirements documentation and quality assurance of reports

Minimum two years of experience with organizational performance measurement or evaluation

1-year in-depth experience, complemented by programming, coaching, tools and support

Strong statistical and analytical skills and interest are necessary.

Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs.

Take an active role in understanding each department’s activities and strategies to gain a deeper understanding of the business.

Optimize tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy, include driving the design of automation for the business.

Participate in business analysis activities to gather requirements

Oversees the collection of market data with the aim of supporting business decision and strategy

Source for and acquire data where required.

Clean & integrate acquired data to ensure its fit for use.

Analyze data to generate actionable insights for reporting purpose.

Provide support as required to assist clients in applying insights to their business.

Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Special Qualifications: Working towards a professional certification (i.e AWS, Scrum, Series etc).

From a business and system requirement perspective, supports the documentation of report and data requirements, design considerations and testing.

Elicits detailed business and system requirements from business owners and stakeholders.

Ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.

Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides client advice.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, and business intelligence

Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in data modeling, and predictive analytics

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Retail experience is a huge asset

Collecting data from various sources, including databases, surveys, web analytics, ServiceNOW, SPLUNK, and other relevant sources.

Cleaning and preprocessing the data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
