Business Analyst With Capital Jobs

10+ years of experience analyzing business requirements specifically in the data and analytics/reporting space as the primary BSA.

Strong experience in Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams is a must have. Scrum certification is a plus.

Strong experience with documenting Epics, User Stories and spikes using a scrum tool such as JIRA. Confluence knowledge is a plus.

Some SQL experience is a must have.

Working knowledge of using collaboration tools such as Miro, Jamboard etc.

IBAA-CBAP or similar certification is a huge plus.

Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user’s perspective.

Appropriately documents business requirements and designs.

Understand business process complexity and influence business requirements in support of enterprise objectives

Duration: 1 Year Plus Contract

Drive consensus for a desired future state that meets the business problem and enterprise objectives

• 5 + years experience as a Business Analysis with prior solution implementation and process improvement

• 3+ years’ experience in banking/capital markets operations

• Demonstrated knowledge of analytical problem solving and process engineering techniques (i.e. process mapping and analysis techniques)

This is a 9 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (6 days per month)

In-depth knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and business analysis.

Experience in JIRA & confluence will be add on benefit.

In-depth knowledge on capital markets domain with clear understanding on trade flow, products

Hands on Experience on Business Analysis Frameworks, Documentations, Process flow etc.

Hands on Experience in writing BRD, FSD.

Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs the functional specifications for systems and reports.

Good understanding of system development life cycle and requirements methodology especially within global life sciences regulation

Good understanding of requirement gathering methodologies, for example waterfall, Agile, Spiral, JAD sessions, as well as best practices

Must have atleast 5 years of experience with GxP / Validation.

Good business skills including the following: documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with cash processing, income processing, transaction management etc.

Strong experience working within wealth management or institutional services space.

Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management.
