• End - to - end campaign management experience

Position Title: CRM Campaign Analyst

Business Line: GAM Distribution Support

Length of Contract: 12 months

Physical Working Location (required): FCP- Hybrid – 2-3 days a week

Work with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Accounting teams to understand and document business requirements

Translate requirements into required Dynamics 365/Power Platform configurations and customizations

Identify creative solutions to meet business requirements

Manage and evaluate modifications, measure success, identify improvements, and communicate with key stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps/Power Automate

3+ years of experience in customizing Dynamics 365 and as an administrator

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Prior experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and process flows to define clear project objectives and scope.

Coordinate with development teams to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong experience with private markets investment workflows such as origination and deal management/tracking and pipelines

Think creatively to design solutions with a forward-thinking approach to best accommodate future needs of the Investment management team.

Monitor operational risk and systems performance management in all initiatives.

Prior involvement with third-party vendors, vendor management, internal and external operational audits

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•Post-secondary in business and computer science or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Work from home India - Company based in Canada

•Work closely with internal staff to understand their requirements.

Follow best practices for Scrum Management, Business and Systems Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics and Reporting.

Proven experience of functional testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operation (F&O)

Knowledge of Scrum and experience in planning and leading projects.

Translates stakeholder inputs into meaningful business requirements and rules, and then into stories that the scrum teams can deliver against.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platforms and products with support from Solution and Full-Stack Engineers.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Work with designated business representatives to learn their requirements related to improving user adoption of the system (Dynamics 365).

Skillset in technical writing and user training would be ideal.

Deliverables will include, process maps, training curriculum, presentations, and user manuals for each business area.

User manuals will be a blend of system functionality and business workflows/processes.

Resource may be required to conduct training sessions for staff

Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements for CRM migration projects

Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented

Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, design, and test plans

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 10+years of IT experience

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM systems

Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements for CRM migration projects

Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented

Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, design, and test plans

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
