Follow up on tasks with the Property Manager and Foreman.

Diploma in building maintenance and/or other relevant training with at least two years of experience.

Knowledge of English is essential as you will be working with colleagues, internal stakeholders, partners and tenants across Canada.

Effectuer divers travaux d’entretien courant : retouches de peinture et de plâtrage, réparations mineures de plomberie, réparations de céramique, etc.

Effectuer des réparations au niveau des portes intérieures et extérieures ainsi que de la quincaillerie (ferme-porte, serrures, pentures, etc.)

Assurer l'entretien et/ou la réparation mineure des équipements d'éclairage et électriques tel que le changement de fluorescents.

A valid Power Engineer 4 th or 5 th Class or Boiler Operator Certificate with Inter-Provincial Certification or higher

Tu réalises les diagnostics et les bons de demande d’intervention auprès des prestataires,

Tu garantis le stockage des produits dangereux et le rangement fonctionnel des ateliers de maintenance,

Tu suis la consommation des fluides (eaux, gaz, …),

Tu gères les ressources et matériels affectés à la maintenance et les stocks via la réalisation de commandes.

Tu peux être amené à piloter un ou deux agents de maintenance au cours de la saison.

Over two (2) years, up to and including four (4) years related experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Response to internal and external customer inquiries and requests;

Perform inspection, maintenance and testing of life safety systems;

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and inspection on indoor and outdoor facilities;

Formal Education, Training and Occupational Certification

Work schedule Various shifts, as needed. Must be available evenings and nights.

$30.59 per hour, Pay Grade 3

Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, work order management system (SAP PM) email, Internet.

Skilled maintenance and construction knowledge and skills;

Supervisory experience, with strong leadership, mentoring and team building skills;

Manage specialized maintenance services in a Learning Centre;

Liaise with principals and superintendents to establish client requirements;

Manage assigned maintenance budget, including monitoring expenditures, investigating variances and analyzing monthly expenditure reports;
