5 years of specialty retail management experience.

Excellent organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills

Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management and inventory control.

Manage personnel activities of staff (i.e. hire, train, appraise, reward, motivate, discipline, etc.).

Knowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Hold an organized approach to problem solving and time management while meeting strict production deadlines ;

+ 3 years of experience in the video game industry as a game designer ;

DEC or Bachelor in Game Design or related experience ;

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English .

Experience in writing design specifications and tuning specific game systems such as AI, combat, and player control ;

Strong technical background and experience in scripting prototypes ;
