Training Advisor 5 For 06 month

• Training Delivery and Facilitation:

Partner with the FCC advisory team across the country to develop tools and resources to support farm business management and transition

Deliver presentations and content to support the learning needs around business management and transition planning within the industry

Stay up to date on changes to tax, finance and law while continually growing your soft skills in advisory

Coach and partner with FCC field teams on farm business management and succession planning issues

Exceptional soft skills complemented by a mature financial and agricultural and/or food industry knowledge

Great interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy

Government of Canada security clearance is preferred, must be willing and able to obtain this clearance. This will be a requirement.

Experience with SAS and/or SAS Training Services

Work closely with training colleagues to facilitate timely response to qualified, high revenue and high customer satisfaction potential leads.

Facilitate on-site training engagements from qualifying and logistics to supervising delivery and follow up.

- Delivering material to stakeholders (managers, directors etc)

- Respond to system knowledge inquiries

1) 5+ years of experience creating a training plan (corporate training) and delivering/roll out

2) 3-5+ years’ experience in end-to-end training process (from need analysis to evaluation)

4) 1-2 years of experience working with Camtasia

5) Experience with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate storyline

• Excellent analytical, planning, project management, and organizational skills

• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills

• Skill/ Experience with accessibility requirements

- Certification in Adult Education Preferred

Prior experience in program coordination, logistics management or customer service roles.

Monitor feedback for programs, being proactive to concerns ensuring a positive experience each time.

Manage Program details, availability, documentation on our corporate website.

Manage post-registration questions for all programs.

1-2 years of career experience in customer service or support or similar type customer facing roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of Federal, Provincial, and State Health & Safety legislation in North America

Proficiency with developing e-learning, micro-learning and instructor-led courses (in-person and online) and the associated tools to create and deliver the content.

5% travel within North America. This would require a valid passport.
