Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.

Manages all transactional outcomes of customer contacts or defers to appropriate internal business groups.

Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations to managers as required.

Maintains current knowledge of personal banking and lending products, practices, and trends and integrates into customer conversations in a professional manner.

Uses authorized credit qualifications as needed to fulfill customer requests.

• 2-4 year of experience into Lending Servicing Operations

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Good to have experience with Banks/NBFCs/BPO

Graduate (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce)

• Process Bilateral/Syndicate (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loans Servicing transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy

Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills to work effectively within established guidelines

Assist in the management of CMHC / CMB allocation targets and limits with a goal to maximize capacity usage and revenues.

Maintain a high level of knowledge of the industry, competition and market trends.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Assist in the collection and review of necessary due diligence items and the presentation of investment proposals within required timelines.

Collaborate with the Underwriting team to ensure service quality and timely funding is achieved to client expectations.

Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience

Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.

Participates in deal closing events to ensure conditions and funding requirements have been met.

Manages customer documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner.

Develops knowledge around a customer’s business, industry, and market in an effort to better serve their needs.

2 years or more working experience in a Bank or customer service type role
