CALLING ALL BILINGUAL RECENT 2022-2023 GRADUATES

We are currently recruiting for several clients seeking bilingual (Fr/En) recent graduates out the following disciplines:

Education reimbursement program $2,000 (annually)

Must have Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems both Windows based and other

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions Minimum High school education required

Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required

Paid 20 days training program, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship

Three paid Personal days, paid vacation, and a wellness account

Proven project management skills to ensure improvement initiatives are planned and executed according to established time, budget and other resource constraints.

Knowledge of effective change management strategies and proven success as a change agent.

Expert knowledge and/or advanced certification in process/quality improvement methods and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Experience accessing, synthesizing and leveraging the most current knowledge (research literature, publications) to inform evidence-based decisions and support change and improvement.

Experience with (re)designing and optimizing processes, resource utilization, work flow, and patient /customer experience.

Proven skills in statistics and experimental design and a commitment to learning.
