Bereavement Coordinator Jobs

Develops and coordinates education for professionals and volunteers in the area for grief.

Researches and identifies unmet grief needs and develops, coordinates and implements educational programs and services to addresses identified gaps.

Collaborates with community agencies in promoting grief awareness, educational opportunities and available resources to Nova Scotia Health staff and volunteers.

Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in a Palliative Care setting

Experience working within community agencies an asset

Degree, certification courses or workshops pertaining to grief care or thanatology an asset
