You have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the baking, food production, food service or the hospitality industry

You are someone who takes pride in providing a great experience for our customers

You have experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions

Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary)

Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.

Develop, maintain, and disseminate product and general company knowledge through appropriate communication channels.

Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Ensure team uses in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.

Team lead role indirectly responsible for subset of store employees on the floor or as delegated by Store Manager

Current unit specific required certifications including FHS, IV Therapy, NRP and Code Blue Management.

Organization, planning, leadership, and human resource management skills to plan, direct, and manage nursing services on the nursing unit.

"Loan Forgiveness Programs" are offered through the Federal and BC Government for eligible professions.

A competent clinical understanding of the applicable nursing unit to ensure development and monitoring of effective policies, procedures, and clinical skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain optimum working relationships with all hospital staff, outside agencies and the public.

Budgeting and financial administration skills to ensure that services are provided within operating budget allocations.

Welcomes guests and assists with finding their perfect pair, accessories or apparel.

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.
