People management experience is desirable

Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master

Defines, plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance

Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs

Technical program management and customer relationship management

Experience with a variety of programming languages including Java 8, Scripting, Python

Experience with Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, IntelliJ/Eclipse/Visual Code/WebStorm.

Support the DevOps and platform teams using Groovy, Python, Gradle and Ansible.

Working with Jenkins to build and support our CI/CD pipelines.

Working with Artifactory and BitBucket servers.

Gain exposure to containerized microservices applications (using Docker/Kubernetes)

Ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system.

Manufacturing and/or baking experience preferred.

High School graduate or its equivalency in experience and/or training.

Ability to do basic math and computation skills as well as possess verbal and written skills.

Operate tray wash, tray stacker, pan stacker/unstacker and aligner equipment

Process cash register payments by cash, cheque, credit card, gift card and debit

Wrap and place merchandise in bags / carts

Self-motivated and driven to increase knowledge of Safeway products and share that knowledge with Safeway customers

Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives

Provide customer service to meet customer needs

Keep work area clean and presentable

Perform program execution and merchandising of product

You will participate in requirements analysis, architecture/design discussions, planning sessions and effort estimates.

Experience with the Linux operating system.

Experience in several of the following:

You will heavily invest in documenting and testing your designs including test automation.

You will work in a very dynamic environment and will interact other teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
