Bailey House Caseworker Jobs

Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Masters degree in psychology, educational psychology, social work, or in a related human service field.

Experience with clinical interventions and assessments for vulnerable persons.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and support others.

Strong assessment, counselling, and service planning skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships and professional working alliances.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing priorities/time restrictions

Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) completion or someone working towards their LLQP

CFP, CLU, or RRC qualification would be a huge plus

Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills
