Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer projects involving multiple products simultaneously

Some previous experience as a project coordinator is a plus.

Provide technical support where required on project coordination and customer support.

Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.

Escalate customer concerns as required.

Attend and host meetings as required to meet project objectives.
