· Work collaboratively with the management of Ascent Helicopters, under the direction of the sub-contractor agreement

· Progressive experience, with experience in Leadership and a degree or equivalent professional qualification

· Leadership experience in large scale complex and regulated contracts

· Experience of managing safe, complex, operational delivery in related operational areas

· Experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organisations.
