Automation Field Service Technician Jobs in Nova Scotia

Process and electrical knowledge and experience is advantageous

Maintain records of repairs and maintenance of equipment as per maintenance schedules, corporate governance, legal requirements, and customer requirements.

3 to 5 years experience

Travel Requirement at least 75% of the job with return trip flights for service visits anywhere in Canada weekly

International travel is also a possibility for training and other requirements candidate must be able to travel internationally as well

College degree in technical services 1-to-2-year previous experience. A+ certification, and Network +

Microsoft Office, Excel Word, Outlook. Salesforce would be an asset.

Effectively resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Effectively communicate technical matters to internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

1. Travel to customer sites as requested by Technical Services or Production Manager.

6. Support the Start-Up Manager for planning and implementation of the start-up.

2. Previous Travel, Field Service, Customer Support and Sales experience is desired.

· Work from home when not traveling.

2. Carry out work as described in the Service Request and ensure job completion.

3. Identify issues on site & propose corrective actions.

You have a technical degree, designation, diploma or similar and hands-on experience with power distribution equipment.

You are computer literate with standard business applications as well as standard communication protocols and/or ability to expand your digital knowledge.

5+ years' installing and maintaining machines

Be highly organized with excellent time management

Enabling multi-functional devices to print and scan per customer requirements;

Manages territory, inventory and customer relationships;

Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience;

Other duties as assigned by manager.
