Must have a minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and outside of the building.

Cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass/windows.

Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.

Remove garbage and recycling from common areas.

Sweep and mop common areas when required.

Draft documents based on the agent’s request, including listing agreements, offers, etc;

Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated the ability to perform detailed work;

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite;

Experience with real estate is an asset;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Prior experience with real estate is an asset;

Lead all Health and Safety initiatives, manage policy updates per provincial legislative requirements including workers compensation claims management & accommodations.

Minimum three years of experience in human resources or a management role.

Certification in Human Resource Management.

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation and people management skills.

Primary HR contact in the areas of employee relations, change management, performance management, employee engagement and best practices.

Manage the annual performance review process with department heads and senior management.

Other must-haves include a desire to learn new skills and a keen understanding of networks.

Attention to detail and strong problem analysis and solving skills.

Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

Microsoft Core Services Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, File and Print services, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services).

Good knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration.
