·Communicate and report to management on the results and impact of campaigns.

·Monitor competitor behaviour in the market and report to Management.

·Graphic and Website Design Certification or equivalent experience.

·Work closely with advertising agencies to manage campaigns and campaign success.

·Manage and execute an effective e-mail marketing strategy.

·Manage tradeshow registrations across North America; includes effective communication with tradeshow managers and event staff.

Conduct market research and analysis to find answers about market requirements, size, demographics, habits, and trends.

Post-secondary education in marketing (with an emphasis on digital marketing preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus in email marketing, marketing automation technology and marketing analytics

Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools (Web Analytics, Google Adwords etc.).

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by the Company.

Must pass pre-employment testing (Background Check, Physical Abilities Test)

High school diploma or equivalent - Warehouse experience is an asset
