3-7 years of life experience; this can encompass more than paid: work experience and volunteering or education.

You have demonstrated capabilities and are comfortable in reviewing and discussing content which may be difficult and/or toxic.

Technical knowledge, familiarity with Google Suite is an asset, but not strictly necessary for this role.

Understand Wattpad’s Content Guidelines/Code of Conduct and enforce them by reviewing content reported by Wattpad’s community.

Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.

Manage scheduling and follow up of execution on shipping /receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance.

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly EXCEL.

Familiarity with ELITE 3E and online cash management banking software, an asset.

Previous experience in a similar role in a law firm is required

Detail oriented with good communication & organizational skills.

Knowledge of provincial law societies’ trust rules and regulations, an asset.
