Minimum 3-4 years work experience in marketing, social media, content creation, digital marketing.

Proven and strong hands on experience with social media as a marketing tool.

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with in Microsoft Office 365 is an asset.

Some experience with graphic design and/or videography would be an asset.

Collaborate with the social media team, other designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and feedback effectively.

Design visually appealing banners, profile images, cover photos, and other assets for various social media profiles.

Develop unique and compelling designs for posts, stories, and advertisements that align with specific marketing campaigns.

Develop, implement, and manage Avolta’s social media strategy.

Attend educational conferences to better your social media understanding.

Implement content with strategy, across multiple social media platforms, to ensure a stable and exponential growth for Avolta’s online presence.

Analyze social media engagement data, trends in interaction, and digital campaigns.

Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies.

Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Written and verbal communication skills in English, along with solid organizational and task management abilities

3-5 years of experience as a social media manager

Collaborate with managers across the Communications team, MarComm, Brand, and game teams to ensure execution of EA SPORTS Portfolio’s tactics/campaign beats.

For HD titles (NHL, UFC and PGA), the social media manager will partner with the Community Managers on influencer program.

Experienced publishing content across different platforms using social scheduling tools such as Sprout and Airtable

Knowledge and passion of video games and sports entertainment

Post-Secondary Education in related discipline; Volunteer Management, Human Resources, or PMP Certification

Excellent project management skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Excellent organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet conflicting priorities and balance multiple projects.

Strong planning, project management skills with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
