A minimum of 5 years experience in Design or Construction field

Maintain the warehouse and its grounds, as well as vehicles, products, tools and equipment.

Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner.

Comfortable using software for work order management.

3-5 years of experience in the construction or repair industry.

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Perform patch and repair tasks to various surfaces including drywall, wood, and concrete.

Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools fit for projects

Strong written, verbal communication and people management skills;

Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience with materials field testing and inspection or laboratory testing, or applicable academic background;

CCIL certifications for field (concrete) or laboratory testing of soils, concrete, and asphalt an asset;

Able to work independently in construction and laboratory settings and liaise with local office manager, supervisors, and contractor personnel;

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving experience; and
