Assistant Ecommerce Marketing Manager Jobs in Ontario

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.

Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience

2-year apparel or fashion experience is a bonus

You will help oversee, support, and coordinate all aspects of our marketing, e-commerce & creative teams.

Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach

Project management experience (timelines, budgets)

DME budget management, budget planning for upcoming years & in-year mgmt.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience across a wide breadth of audiences

Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Superior strategic thinking and planning coupled with outstanding analytical abilities

Own the management and maintenance of e-commerce website(s) to ensure a strong user and brand experience.

Participate in P&L management and monthly sales forecasting.

Performs other marketing management duties as required.

University or College degree in Marketing/Business Management/Communications or relevant field

Strong analytical skills with experience to drive the P&L and working with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and experience with all mass trade channels (Grocery, Drug, Mass, Natural, Specialty, E-Commerce.)

Strong collaboration, organizational and project management skills

Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers

Manage Advertising, Social, Influencer, and PR campaigns and programs.

Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and accruals, adjusting for fluctuating exchange rates.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Marketing, Advertising or Communications role
