Overview Assistant Bartender is a position in the hospitality industry that involves providing support to the head bartender in the day-to-day operations of a bar or restaurant. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detailed Job Description Assistant Bartenders are responsible for providing support to the head bartender in the day-to-day operations of a bar or restaurant. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, preparing drinks, stocking the bar, and cleaning up after customers. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, Assistant Bartenders must be knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and be able to make recommendations to customers. Job Skills Required
