Overview Assistant Account Managers are responsible for providing support to Account Managers in the management of client accounts. They are responsible for assisting with the development of client relationships, providing customer service, and helping to ensure that client accounts are managed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description Assistant Account Managers are responsible for providing support to Account Managers in the management of client accounts. This includes helping to develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing customer service, and helping to ensure that client accounts are managed in a timely and efficient manner. They are also responsible for providing administrative support to Account Managers, such as preparing reports and presentations, and helping to ensure that client accounts are up to date. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or account management
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• At least two years of experience in customer service or account management

• Ensure client accounts are up to date
• Assist with the development of marketing and sales strategies
• Monitor client accounts for any changes or updates
