Artifact Cataloguing and Digitization Intern Jobs

Experience in driving engagements and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., GS, JJT, Legal & Finance)

Experience rolling out capabilities across geographies and business sectors

Knowledge and experience of Procurement processes and technologies is preferred

Manage monthly portfolio analytics, quarterly scorecards and supporting dashboards

8+ years of related experience

Strong technical and critical thinking skills to effectively assess risk, develop contingency plans and advance to leadership

1.) BA exp – 5-7 years

2.) Able to work with technology/technical team

1.) Exp with digitization and transformation projects

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion

Oversees the process to enhance and maintain catalogue records and holdings

Creates original catalogue records, particularly formaterials in vertical files

Adjusts cutter numbers and/or assigns call numbers within the Brian Deer in-house classification system

Identifies authors and subjects with problem authority selection and makes recommendations to relevant specialists for authority adjustments

Collects and compiles monthly statistics related to all technical services activities

Fluent in English with intermediate writing skills. Japanese language would be an asset.

Knowledge of Canadian History/Japanese Canadian History would be an asset.
