Ensure operational compliance with Tim Hortons’ coffee standards, promotions and inventory management.

Actively participate in recruitment, selection and development of store operators and corporate managers.

Responsible for P&L, CTO responsibilities, top line sales achievement and contract execution.

Align with Branded Market Manager to ensure operational compliance with Subway Restaurants.

Collaborate with Tim Hortons' representatives and Circle K’s Agents to manage the licensed coffee business.

Demonstrated knowledge of the drivers of business cash flow and how to apply basic principles of effective cash flow management.

Post secondary education in business or related equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with IMOS and SEDNA is considered an asset.
