Applications Engineering Jobs

Act as a liaison between Applications Engineering and senior management.

Define scope of work adequately enough in proposal to allow project manager and project team to begin work on system.

Provides coaching, mentoring, supervision, training, and guidance to Applications personnel that are assigned to them by the Applications Manager.

May be requested to assist the department manager in annual performance evaluations and interview of new personnel.

Strictly follow CSA N285/NQA Quality requirements as defined within the manual and procedures

Approval of concepts, budgets and pricing within parameters set by Applications Manager.

Experience with acquisitions, full life cycle implementation and project management

Assist with project management activities on other initiatives by organizing work assignments, establishing deadlines, and monitoring progress

Coordinate information management, business continuity planning, quality assurance, user feedback, document library, and collaboration across integrated technology services

Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, or another business-related field.

Plan and manage enterprise application projects, overseeing functional and technical aspects of the implementation including training, support and documentation

Facilitate development of solutions that combine knowledge of business processes and issues, technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
