You will ensure accuracy of management control and costing information

You already have experience in this field

You have knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel control) and SAP

You will prepare the elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and the forecasts

You will follow and analyze the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis

You will ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier en finance et assurance ou d'un diplôme équivalent par expérience.

Vous recueillez les informations nécessaires pour que chaque dossier soit traité correctement.

Vous travaillez de manière proactive et consultez votre responsable pour trouver des solutions structurelles à certains problèmes (par exemple, des plaintes).

Vous faites partie de l'équipe de gestion des processus et vous rendez compte à votre teamleader direct.

Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la branche Vie.

Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et du français.

A first experience in investment banking and/or business management is an asset.

Help manage with the Annual Certification Campaign (completeness and accuracy of the model and tool inventory).

Manage data / information in the Model Risk Inventory.

You are graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance or related subject.

Knowledge of Power BI and any programming language is a plus.

Adaptability, autonomy, and organizational skills are a must

Producing site layouts, fence drawings, site installations, logistic strategy, cranes loading schedule, traffic management drawings in safe & healthy conditions

Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, preferably on large infrastructure projects

Producing concrete outline drawings for non-structural concrete outside the stations. This includes the blinding and the masse concrete drawings

Producing Support of Excavation drawings and/or drainage system in coordination with Geotechnical Engineer(s)

Determining the correct and efficient sequence of the works including the excavation sequence

Defining the formwork and falsework systems, and their cycle, to be used in constructing the permanent works
