Analog Technical Lead Jobs

Excellent problem-solving skills, analog aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Lab test experience is a plus

Implement and simulate SerDes, AFE, and IO circuits

Document the circuit implementation and simulation results

Present circuit performances in internal design review meetings

Characterize circuit performance and post-process lab data

10+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal, high-speed CMOS circuit design

Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Lead, design and architect high-speed SERDES subsystems

Conduct Support Mixed-Signal feasibilities for SERDES or other high-speed systems

Support Mixed-Signal IP through the post-tapeout phase, including lab testing, customer bring-up and debug

(remote / hybrid for experienced candidates)

Experience in designing high-speed analog broadband circuits

New Jersey / New York / Remote / Hybrid

Developing Optical communications technology designed to accelerate the transition to next-generation optics.

RF expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in RF circuit design, including proficiency in RF transceivers, amplifiers, filters, and RF system integration.

Education: Hold a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
