Has in-depth knowledge of agile and lean principles and is experienced in effectively applying a range of frameworks, tools and techniques.

Understand and are experienced in the differing delivery requirements through the full product life cycle.

Overall 15+ years’ experience in IT.

Innovative and passionate about the art of delivery, with a thirst to learn and share knowledge.

Experience in coaching teams to optimise for agility, building a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous learning.

Hands-on experience leading release management activities for successful delivery of product launches

Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc.

Guide and participate with team to get to educated estimates with the technical background and solution design experience.

Good knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs

Working experience in Digital solutions team in Banking industry is an asset.

Previous experiences as software developer, technical lead is desirable.

Requires expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relation skills

Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations

Certified Scrum Master, PMP is an asset
