Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines

Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)

Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections

Motivates Team Members during shift on each of the workstations through strength based coaching.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that'll make you a great team player.

Prior experience in a leadership or co-founder role is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Manage and organize administrative tasks to support the team.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in a similar role as a Virtual Assistant or similar.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and other interactions.

Handle communication and correspondence with partners, customers, and team members.
