Broad knowledge of educational theory.

Provide education services including individual and group learning assessments and opportunities.

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Adult Education preferred.

Broad knowledge of nursing science theory, and practice within a patient/family centred care model.

Comprehensive knowledge of BCCNM standards for nursing practice.

Comprehensive knowledge of clinical practice related to ESN’s and new grad nursing.

Bachelor of Education or a Valid BC Child Care Licence (ECE)/ (ECEA)

A degree from a Canadian accredited institution in Education or related field is an asset.

CPR and First Aid Certification.

Plan and implement enriched programs in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.

Work integrally with KEY educators to evaluate, revise and recommend improvements of the current curriculum and learning resources.

Lead children through 2-hour lessons that may be academic or social/emotional classes using our curriculum.
