Aem Content Author Jobs

● Proven experience as a Technical Writer/Editor/Author or similar role

● Publish two playbooks per month. These are typically 3-8 page walkthroughs

● Source and collaborate with 3rd party experts to write playbooks

● Native North American English writing and reading ability

● Someone who likes getting to the bottom of things

Strong organizational and time-management skills;

Negotiation skills with the ability to work towards acceptable outcomes; offer solutions

Understanding of project management methodology

Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education and at least 3 years of directly-related business experience

Some proficiency with data management tools such as Excel, Access & MS Project, in order to perform system loads

Negotiate internally and externally to ensure client is able to accurately administer the benefit program

Open-source community leadership and management

Has demonstrable documentation skills, insight and enthusiasm

User-experience, interaction or visual design

Create, maintain and improve software documentation

Author and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

3+ years of overall experience.

2 years or content authoring experience and 1 year of experience in AEM authoring.

Understanding of reusable components and experience fragments to streamline the authoring process and adapt style to match brand guidelines.

Manage assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager.

Ability to configure the right AEM components in pages according to the design.
