Advanced Process Engineer Intern Jobs in British Columbia

Hands on experience in manufacturing, knowledge on how to build quality parts, and understands Quality Systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in launch engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality.

Hands on experience with all tools of IATF16949 especially APQP, PPAP, root cause analysis.

Working knowledge of SPC, GD&T, and Gage R&R.

Perform Launch Readiness audits, identify open issues and get them closed to ensure successful launch.

Support plants to obtain on time PPAP.

Hands on experience in manufacturing, knowledge on how to build quality parts, and understands Quality Systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in launch engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality.

Hands on experience with all tools of IATF16949 especially APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, etc.

Working knowledge of KAIZEN, SPC, GD&T, and Gage R&R.

Ensure plant performs enough internal burst builds to prepare for passing customer Run at Rate as quoted or better.

Perform Launch Readiness audits, identify open issues and get them closed to ensure successful launch.

Experience using Product Lifecycle Management “PLM” systems such as Arena.

Experience using Material Resource Planning “MRP” systems such as JD Edwards, ePic or similar.

Knowledge of DFM, DFMA, DFMEA and PFMEA activities and processes.

Electrical Safety, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Skills sets.

Experience working with UL for both new project submittal and follow up services a plus.

Develop, document, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes required to successfully manufacture new or existing products.
