Creates original catalogue records, particularly formaterials in vertical files
Adjusts cutter numbers and/or assigns call numbers within the Brian Deer in-house classification system
Identifies authors and subjects with problem authority selection and makes recommendations to relevant specialists for authority adjustments
Collects and compiles monthly statistics related to all technical services activities

Detailed Job Description An Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing potential acquisitions and investments for an organization. They are responsible for evaluating the financial and operational performance of potential targets, conducting due diligence, and providing recommendations to senior management. The Acquisitions Analyst will work closely with the organization’s finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure that all potential acquisitions and investments are thoroughly evaluated and that the organization is making the best possible decisions. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
• CFA or MBA preferred
