Accounts Payable Coordinator Part Time Jobs in Alberta

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities

2-3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and/or 1-2 years’ experience in accounting

Strong knowledge with a variety of software programs required; QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, EKOS, etc.

Education in accounting or administration related discipline a strong asset

Record & verify all accounts payables invoices and expenses

Review accounts payable aging & resolve any discrepancies

Highly versed in Excel/Office 365/Staff Connect, plus 1-2 years of experience with Sage 300

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Accounting with experience in Accounts payable (2 years Required)

Proficient computer skills, along with Excel and Great Plains or Microsoft Dynamics is an asset

Experience in full Cycle Accounts Payable (required)

Experience in the production industry is an asset
