Experience working with adult learners with disabilities from a variety of backgrounds.
Experience working in an educational environment (post-secondary or high school preferred).
Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational skill to participate effectively in a learning environment with assigned students.
Educational Assistant (EA) students and graduates are preferred.
Support students in understanding course content through review, test preparation, & strategies specific to course content.
Use basic strategies to support students who have complex behavioural needs (as identified and recommended by Accessibility Services).
