Responsibilities for welding supervisor

• Experience in Blue Print Reading, Lean Manufacturing and Team Building is a must
• Manages all hourly employees in the assigned departments
• Provides day to day supervision of employee job execution
• Assess and set-up of training programs
• Read, interpret and work from controlled documentation and processes Continuously improve processes and manpower efficiency, utilization and productivity
• Must be computer literate and possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Executes daily tasks in order to support production requirements

Qualifications For Welding Supervisor

• Must have experience in an assembly environment
• At least 3 years in a high volume manufacturing sector
• Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Positive attitude and good leadership abilities
• Must have Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
• Minimum of 2 years of high volume manufacturing experience
